





I am an operator turned investor turned operator with 23+ years of experience. I have been a software engineer, a technology consultant, a freelancer, an i-banking analyst, an early stage VC, an entrepreneur, a marketer, an advisor and an operator.
As an early-mid stage operator, I have setup businesses & verticals from scratch, built & led teams and scaled businesses with entrepreneurs across sectors. As an early stage VC, I have raised funds, deployed capital, managed a portfolio, seen exits, written off investments, resolved conflicts and guided leadership teams.

Good Founders Fellowship is focused on Go To Market (GTM) and Growth acceleration. The program helps with Revenue initiatives, Deeper market presence, New market entry, New business lines/channels, Controlling costs, Team building, Enhancing margins & profitability, Storytelling, Marketing & Founder mentorship - all aimed at creating sustainable and growing businesses
The program provides hands-on and dedicated time with the founders and their teams, helping them unlock their GTM/Growth challenges. There are pre-defined touch points, milestones and calendarized meetings throughout the length of the program. While you can join the program remotely please budget for travel to Gurgaon (for in-person meetings and interactions)
Our primary focus is on B2B startups as that is a strong fit with the operator experience, but apart from that there is no sectoral or industry preference. Tech, Non-Tech, AI, Non-AI, F&B, Industrial, Manufacturing, Impact - everyone is free to apply.
You just need to be in Early-Mid stages ($1mn-$3mn ARR or 2nd-5th year of operations)
As this is a paid program, this program suits companies in the ARR range of $1mn-$3mn or between the 2nd-5th year of their journey. Pre-revenue and early stage companies are not encouraged to apply (While the program will be able to add value at early stages, but it will significantly add to your cost and bandwidth)
This is a 5-month program with a maximum intake of of 5 companies per cohort. The cost is 2L+GST per month (payable monthly at the beginning of each month). Travel and stay costs will be additional and the number will depend on the startup. The program has zero equity element or any sort of success fee
No. The program does not have its own investment corpus yet. However, depending on the specific need of startups in the cohort - introductions can be made to relevant investors at the end of the program
There is an application which needs to be filled out. Post evaluation, we will reach out to you to for a brief interaction. The final selection will be based on a combination of your company evaluation (stage/maturity), founder interaction and the best fit with our capabilities
